Privacy Policy
SignalEye stores only what it needs to run the bot: your Telegram ID, username, display name and language, your Premium status and your payment records. We never ask for exchange keys, seed phrases or card numbers. This website uses Google Analytics only if you accept cookies.
1. What we collect
When you use the Telegram bot or Mini App
- Telegram profile data that Telegram shares with every bot you start: user ID, chat ID, username, first and last name, language and whether you have Telegram Premium.
- Service data: when you joined and were last active, your Premium expiry date, your referral code, who invited you and how many people you invited, and whether you blocked the bot.
- Payment records: the plan, amount, currency and invoice comment, and for completed payments the blockchain transaction hash and the sending wallet address. If you pay through the card/crypto gateway, the gateway's invoice ID; your card details are handled by the gateway and never reach us.
When you visit this website
- Server logs: like most websites, our servers may record your IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a short period.
- Analytics, only with consent: if you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and measures page views and general device information. If you click Decline, or do nothing, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and you can change it with Cookie settings in the footer.
The website has no accounts, forms or newsletter, and we do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
- to deliver signals and updates to you in Telegram and know whether you are a Premium user;
- to match payments to invoices, activate Premium, pay referral bonuses and resolve payment problems;
- to send service messages such as Premium expiry reminders and, occasionally, announcements about the Service;
- to prevent abuse and keep the Service secure;
- to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used (only with your consent).
We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising profiles.
3. Who else is involved
- Telegram carries every message between you and the bot, under Telegram's own privacy policy.
- The TON blockchain is public: anyone can see a transaction, its amount and its comment. The comment is a random code that does not reveal your identity.
- Payment gateway (only if you choose to pay through it) processes your payment under its own policy.
- Hosting and AI providers run our infrastructure and analyse chart images. Chart images contain market data only, no personal data.
- Google receives website usage data only if you accept analytics.
- Authorities, if we are legally required to share data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your bot data while you use the Service. Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we will delete or anonymise it except where we must keep payment records by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To make a request, contact @signaleye_bot from the Telegram account concerned so we can verify it is you. You can stop receiving messages at any time by blocking or stopping the bot.
6. Security
Data is stored on access-controlled servers, and admin access is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to expose: we never hold your funds, exchange keys or wallet seed phrases.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the bot.
