Terms of Service

1. The service

SignalEye ("we", "us") provides the Telegram bot @signaleye_bot, the related Telegram Mini App and this website (together, the "Service"). The Service publishes automatically generated technical-analysis trade setups for crypto assets ("signals") and tracks their outcome. Some signals are free; others require a paid Premium period.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use services like this one where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you, including any restrictions on crypto trading or on receiving trading information.

3. No financial advice

Signals are general information produced by software. They do not take your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance into account and are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not a broker, exchange, fund manager or registered investment adviser. Read the risk disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. No guarantees

Markets are unpredictable and AI models make mistakes. We do not guarantee any profit, accuracy, win rate or outcome. Past results, including those shown on the track record, do not guarantee future results. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and signals can be delayed, missed or interrupted, for example because of outages at Telegram, data providers or exchanges.

5. Your responsibility

You decide whether to act on a signal, on which exchange, with what position size and leverage, and how to manage the trade. You are solely responsible for those decisions and their results. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Premium, payments and refunds

• Price and period. Premium is sold for a fixed number of days at the price shown in the bot when you create the invoice. Prices are listed in US dollars and paid in TON, USDT on the TON network or, where offered, through a third-party payment gateway.
• One-time payments. Each payment buys one period. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
• Payment comment. Crypto payments must include the comment (memo) shown on the invoice so we can match them to your account. Send the exact amount, on the correct network, before the invoice expires.
• Refunds. Blockchain payments are irreversible, so Premium is generally non-refundable once activated. We will, however, correct payment errors: if you paid twice, overpaid, paid an invoice that was already settled, or your payment arrived but Premium did not activate, contact support with the transaction link. We will activate or extend your Premium or return the excess, at our discretion and net of network fees. Refunds are sent to the address the payment came from or another address you prove you control.
• Outages. If the Service is unavailable for an extended period during your Premium, we may extend your Premium to compensate.
• Mistakes on your side. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or as an unsupported token.

7. Trials and referral bonuses

Free trials and referral bonuses, when offered, are promotional, can change or end at any time, and may be withdrawn if they are abused (for example through fake or duplicate accounts).

8. Acceptable use

Premium signals are for your personal use. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them, scrape the Service, interfere with its operation or payment matching, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or block access for breaches of these terms, without refund for the remaining period if the breach is serious.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its content and the SignalEye name belong to us or our licensors. TradingView, Binance, Telegram, TON and other names are trademarks of their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any signal. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may change the Service, prices or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page or in the bot before they take effect. Changes never affect a Premium period you have already paid for.
