What is SignalEye?
SignalEye is a Telegram bot (@signaleye_bot) that publishes crypto trade setups generated by AI. Each signal gives a pair, a direction (BUY or SELL), an entry price, a stop loss and one to four take-profit targets. The bot then follows the trade and tells you when a target or the stop is reached.
How are the signals generated?
A scanner renders the TradingView chart of each covered coin with RSI and EMA indicators. A vision AI model reads the chart and either proposes a setup or says there is none. The open-source Kronos forecasting model independently predicts the next candles and must agree on the direction. The entry is then checked against the live Binance price, and cooldowns stop the same coin from being signalled again too soon. Full details are on How it works.
Is SignalEye financial advice?
No. Signals are automated, general information. They do not consider your finances, goals or local rules, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell. You decide whether to trade and you are responsible for the result. Read the risk disclaimer.
How accurate are the signals?
No one can promise accuracy in markets, and we don't. Instead, every closed signal and its outcome is published on the track record page, including losses, so you can judge for yourself. Past results do not guarantee future ones.
Which coins do you cover?
The list of covered pairs is managed by the team and shown on the home page.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starting the bot is free and needs no payment details. Free users can see the public track record and learn how the bot works; signals themselves are part of Premium.
How do I pay?
Inside Telegram. Open @signaleye_bot, tap Premium, pick a plan and pay with TON or USDT on the TON network from Telegram Wallet, Tonkeeper or any TON wallet. In the Mini App you can connect your wallet with TON Connect and confirm in one tap. Each invoice has a short comment (memo) that links the transfer to your account, so keep it when paying manually. Premium activates automatically once the transfer is confirmed on chain, usually within a minute or two.
Do I need to register or create an account?
No. Your Telegram account is your account. There is no email sign-up and no password; you start the bot and, if you want Premium, pay inside Telegram.
Do I need an exchange account?
Only if you want to act on the signals. SignalEye never connects to your exchange, never asks for API keys and never holds your funds. You place any trade yourself on the exchange of your choice. Prices are tracked against Binance spot, so other exchanges can differ slightly.
I don't have a TON wallet. How do I pay?
The simplest option is Telegram Wallet, which is built into Telegram in many countries (open @wallet). Tonkeeper is a popular standalone wallet for iOS, Android and desktop. Buy TON or USDT there or on an exchange, and when withdrawing USDT choose the TON network. Send the exact amount shown on the invoice with its comment, or use the "Pay with Tonkeeper" / TON Connect button, which fills everything in for you.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. Payments are one-time and nothing renews automatically. When your Premium period ends you simply return to the free plan; the bot reminds you shortly before it expires. To stop all messages, block or stop the bot in Telegram.
Can I get a refund?
Crypto payments are final once confirmed on chain, so Premium is generally non-refundable. We do fix payment problems: if you paid twice, overpaid, or your Premium did not activate, contact support with the transaction and we will extend your Premium or return the difference. See the terms.
Why can't I see open signals on the website?
Open signals are only delivered to subscribers in Telegram. The website shows signals after they close (all targets hit, stopped out or expired), so the public record is complete without giving live trades away.
What data do you store?
Your Telegram user ID, chat ID, username, display name and language, your Premium status, referral link and payment records (invoice, amount and transaction hash). We never ask for exchange keys, seed phrases or card details. The website uses Google Analytics only if you accept cookies. See the privacy policy.
